- Don't change the names of the files

- Don't claim them as your own, or copy any part of my kit in any way. Get your own ideas please.

- Do not share through other links, re-sell or use to create new kits.

- Feel free to create tutorials. Please, always credit me and link back to my store.

- No Cluster frames of any sort maybe made with my kits.

- Do not use any piece whole or in part to create a new product, such as:  Templates, Overlays, Kits, Freebies, Elements, etc….

 -You may not use my kits for any paid blog, website, or store layouts. If you buy my kit to make your own personal layout that is ok.

-When you create a tag solely from my kit please provide credit on the tag. Scraps by HPS or Happy Pumpkin Studio is fine.

-NO blogs can be made for pay with my kits unless you have purchased my blog license. Free ones are ok.
